Edward W. (Bucky) Hiltebeitel is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years experience in the design, operation and failure analysis of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and aircraft systems. Bucky Hiltebeitel has a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Purdue University.

Bucky Hiltebeitel is concerned with the investigation and analysis of mechanical, structural, mobile equipment and aircraft components and systems and their design and failures. Bucky is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE); Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA); and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).
