Our company is comprised of principal and affiliated industry professionals, pilots, maintenance technicians, investigators, scientists, and engineers who draw upon the collective knowledge of all to provide comprehensive, detailed analyses for flight operations and maintenance management.

Our affiliates are experienced commercial and business aviation professionals who are experienced in the operation and maintenance of a wide range of fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. In addition to their operational experience, all have completed formal investigatory, risk management, or aviation safety training programs.

Using a collective knowledge, team-based approach, FAA uses a combination of the differential and factual exclusion investigatory methodologies to determine probable causation in mishap and accident reconstruction. Collectively, FAA affiliated associates have investigated more than 200 aviation mishaps. Drawing on this investigatory and reconstructive experience, FAA is ideally qualified to assist in risk assessment, safety operations management and litigation support.
