AVIATION SAFETY TRAINING

Aviation safety is the absence of a controllable hazard. A controllable hazard is a risk which can be eliminated or mitigated by engineering, operational procedures, or training. At Forensic Aerospace, we firmly believe that both flight crew and organizational management training is the key to aviation mishap prevention because NTSB statistics show that 78 percent of aviation accidents are caused by skill-based or decision based errors made by the flight crews. Most of these errors occur because of system defects in the organization which allow the errors to go uncorrected over time.

Aviation safety training encompasses training of personnel in the management of flight safety programs, crew resource management, risk analysis, human performance in aviation maintenance, and emergency procedures. Our programs are based on the most current research in aviation safety and taught by experienced, formally-trained aviation safety professionals involved in aviation accident prevention and mishap investigation.
